The ‘most efficient’ battery on the planet?

Posted October 14, 2018 04:24:14If you’re the type of person who likes to spend time tinkering with gadgets, you’ll probably want to take a look at a battery that’s more efficient than a standard one.

That’s the case with the new Panasonic Battery, which is said to have the most energy per watt than any other battery on Earth.

It has a capacity of 6.1Whr, more than three times that of a typical lithium-ion battery and four times the energy density of the lithium-polymer (LiPo) battery that powers most laptops and tablets.

The battery uses a type of electrolyte called a phosphate that gives it more than enough energy density to recharge most mobile devices.

Panasonic says the battery has been designed to be “extremely reliable” as well as to “recharge in less than a minute.”

That means it can provide the energy you need to charge your mobile devices in just under a minute, which means it’s ideal for use on your commute to work or even to take your kids to the park for a day of play.

Panasonic claims the battery can provide about 12 hours of battery life.

It will be available in the US for $1,599, and in the UK for £1,499.
