LOUisville, KY (AP) BRISTO, MT AUBURNDALE, MI (AP)- Two men who had sex with a female student at a university in Idaho are accused of sexually assaulting her in a dormitory hallway in April.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Justin Miller and 29-year of age Christopher Jones, both of whom are from the United States, had sex in the hallway, but the woman was able to get away before they could rape her.

The university says Miller and Jones are on administrative leave pending the outcome of their investigation.

The charges came in a case filed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Idaho.

Miller and Johnson were both charged with sexual assault, rape, aggravated indecent assault, criminal mischief and aggravated indecent contact.

The U. S. Attorney said they have since been arrested.

Prosecutors are asking for up to 20 years in prison.

Prosecutors also say Jones and Miller had sex on a couch in a nearby building.

They each have been placed on administrative administrative leave.

The Idaho State Patrol is assisting the Idaho State University Police Department in the investigation.
